1. HOW MANY CHANNELS DOES ONE DVR SUPPORT?
Till now, there are 4ch, 8ch, 16ch & 32ch DVR.
2. WHAT IS HDMI SHORT FOR?
HDMI is short for High Definition Multimedia Interface.
3. WHAT ARE THE PENTAPLEX OPERATIONS?
Pentaplex operations are the five basic functions of DVR. They are Record, Playback, Internet, Configure and PTZ.
4. WHAT ARE THE RESOLUTIONS OF DVR?

5. WHAT MOBILE PHONES DOES I-MASTER DVR SUPPORT?
Generally I-Master DVR support phones of Windows, Symbian, Blackberry, Android & Apple.
6. HOW TO BACKUP VIDEO IN HARD DISK?
There are 2 ways to backup the video.
1. Connect USB flash to USB portofDVR
2. If DVR and computer are in the same LAN, you can try as follow
Menu of DVR -- Click Net -- Click File Sharing -- Type IP of DVR in the computer -- Backup
7. HOW TO UPGRADE DVR?
First decompress the file. Only copy the file named "dvrupgrade" into USB flash drive. Insert into the USBportofDVR.
Enter DVR menu, click as follows: "Maintenance" -- "System Settings" -- "System" -- "Maintenance" – "System Update" -- "Enter".
Then you are able to upgrade the firmware. The process of the system upgrade will be displayed on the screen. It will require at least two minutes. During this time, do not remove the USB drive or turn the DVR off. After completing the upgrade, the DVR will restart itself.
8. HOW MANY USERS DOES ONE DVR ALLOW TO REMOTE VIEW AT THE SAME TIME?
5 users at most.
